A big week for our Stingrays family is upon us! Please READ THE ENTIRE email for important information that will help all of us be prepared for a busy week!

Team T-Shirts & Swimsuits:

• Swimsuits are for sale through Wednesday - please make sure you come to practice early and dry to try on before buying. Girls $75, Boys $52.
• Team Shirts are in (thank you to Ashley Fernandes for organizing) grab your pre-orders at practice 
  • If you didn’t buy one for yourself or family we have extras for purchase - $23
• Vintage gear - for sale this week alongside everything else

Time Trials - last week we conducted time trials to get starter entry times for our swimmers. Thank you to our parent volunteers who helped time and enter into the system! If your child missed getting a time, please see Coach Lilly at the beginning of practice today or tomorrow. She will be conducting some make up sessions for each age group.

Morning practices begin Thursday! We are buying donuts for the kids, so please RSVP on our schedule that you will or won’t be at that practice and we will buy accordingly. We are still looking for parents to sign up to bring cut fruit to balance out the sugar - sign up in the jobs section of that scheduled practice:

• 8-8:30am 8 and unders
• 8:30-9:15am 9-12yo
• 9:15-10:00am 13-18yo

Our 1st meet is this Saturday, June 20th.

• ACTION - RSVP for your swimmer by Thursday at noon.
  • Select which strokes they want to do
  • Select if they are NOT available for a relay.
  • We prep meet sheets in advance of the event and need your RSVP
• ACTION - Grab your volunteer spot!
  • We need 48 positions filled for the weekend, to run a home meet. Please select at a minimum 1 shift. Don’t worry if you haven’t done it before, we will explain it to you and there are meetings for timers, runners and officials before we get going. I will also meet with the Clerks of Course to explain and help.
